   These terms govern your use of Foxwoods Resort Casino, a destination resort casino located in Mashantucket, Connecticut. By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Definition Of Key Terms

   For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

   • User means any individual who accesses or uses the Service.
   • Guest Services refers to the resort's services, including accommodations, gaming facilities, dining options, entertainment, and hospitality services.
   • Rewards Program means Foxwoods Resort Casino's loyalty program that rewards Users for their play, purchases, and other activities at the resort.

3. User Responsibilities

   Users are responsible for:

   • Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and casino policies while on property;
   • Providing accurate information when registering for a Rewards account or participating in gaming activities;
   • Maintaining confidentiality of personal account details and login credentials; and
   • Notifying Foxwoods Resort Casino promptly of any suspected unauthorized access to their accounts.

4. User Conduct

   Users shall not engage in any conduct that is:

   • Prohibited by law, regulations, or casino policies;
   • Harassing, defamatory, or libelous towards other Users or employees;
   • Damaging to property owned by Foxwoods Resort Casino or third parties; or
   • Interfering with the normal operation of the Service.

5. Gaming Rules And Policies

   Foxwoods Resort Casino's gaming rules and policies are as follows:

   • The Service is intended for users 21 years old and above.
   • All gaming activities must be conducted within designated areas on property.
   • Users may not engage in prohibited gambling practices, such as collusion or card counting.
   • Foxwoods Resort Casino reserves the right to modify or terminate any game or promotion at its discretion.

6. Rewards Program

   Foxwoods Resort Casino's Rewards program is designed to reward loyal customers with points earned through gaming activities and purchases made at the resort. The program is subject to change without notice.

7. Limitation Of Liability

   Foxwoods Resort Casino shall not be liable for:

   • Any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from use of the Service;
   • Failure to meet expected benefits under the Rewards Program; or
   • Unforeseen events affecting operation of the casino or its services.

   In no event will Foxwoods Resort Casino's total liability exceed $1 million.

8. Termination

   Foxwoods Resort Casino reserves the right to terminate this Agreement, User accounts, and access to the Service without notice in case of non-compliance with these terms, breach of applicable laws or regulations, or for any other reason deemed necessary by Foxwoods Resort Casino.

9. Governing Law

   This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted according to the laws of Connecticut, USA. Any disputes arising out of this Agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Connecticut law.

10. Changes To Terms And Conditions

    Foxwoods Resort Casino reserves the right to modify or update these terms without notice. Users acknowledge that their continued use of the Service following such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Entire Agreement

    This Agreement sets out the entire agreement between Foxwoods Resort Casino and the User in relation to access, use, and benefits from the Service.
